I blend traditional swedish massage with myopractic and myofascial release so your muscles relax quickly. Myopractic massage therapy has immediate and long term results which is why I use it. Trigger points and knots are released gently. Sports massage and deep tissue massage are also combined with myofascial release to speed recovery from athletic training. I add aromatherapy and reflexology to most massages to complement the sense of well being for each client. At the end of your sports massage, deep tissue treatment, relaxation or prenatal massage, you should feel relaxed, pain free and ready to face the world.
